The Church of St. Francis of Assisi, The Heart of New York, from humble beginnings to a vibrant present!!! An amazing photo tour of the extraordinary history and beauty of St. Francis of Assisi Church since it's construction in 1844 as an immigrant church in the heart of mid-town Manhattan, and traces its development over the next 150 plus years.

The prayer book that is used at St. Francis of Assisi Church in New York City. It contains 48 pages of prayers.  The entire prayer book is online, and it has proven so popular that it is being offered online as a donation item.  Your generous donation for this and all the other items in our shop is used to support the St. Francis Breadline and other programs and ministries offered here at  St. Francis Church.
