The purpose of Memorial Day is to remember and honor all brave women and men of the armed forces of the United States of America who gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect our country. Patrick Henry of the Revolutionary War sums it up best with these words “We shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave.”
On Memorial Day, there will be one Mass at 12:00 noon and there will be no confessions. The Parish office will be closed.
