The St. Francis Adult Education Center will reopen sometime after Labor Day this year. The renovation is now complete and we are waiting to order new furniture: chairs, desks and conference tables, for the building to be ready to be used again. This project was funded by funds made available through our Renew and Rebuild campaign and we want to thank all of the donors to that campaign who made this project possible and others possible.
The Center is used for Adult Education courses, ministry meetings, catechesis of children and we also host a variety of 12 step groups.
Obviously space is limited and we are committed to welcoming back those groups who have a history of meeting at St. Francis of Assisi. They will be giving priority as we rebuild our schedule. After those groups who were meeting at St. Francis have a chance to request their days and times, we will then take new requests if we are able.
The below form is intended only for those groups who were meeting at St. Francis prior to the shut down due to the pandemic. We ask those groups to submit their requests no later than August 18, 2021.
Please note: while our goal is to open as soon as possible we have not yet set a definitive date for reopening. Reopening will depend on when the new furniture arrives.
