Here is a personal message from our Director of Music Ministries, Meredith Augustin to all of you who joined us online to watch Carols with the Choir:
Please join the Friars, members of our music ministry and Friends for a wonderful afternoon of music and prayer!
Let’s get digital! Staying connected to the Church of St. Francis of Assisi community looks a lot different these days and we are bringing our annual Carols with the Choir to you!
Carols With the Choir has been a tradition at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi for over 8 years! We will be hosting Carols with the Choir virtually, so you can participate from the comfort and safety of your home. We have an exciting program planned with music, comedy and a special song by our very own Father Barry Langely. The event will be hosted by everyone’s favorite, Father Michael Carnevale.
Host a gathering at your house, with those in your covid social bubble or plan to enjoy on your own from the comfort of your couch. Either way, we have beautiful afternoon for you to enjoy while you watch our awesome lineup of music. The best part is you don’t have to leave your house! We are excited to offer the Carols With the Choir concert at no charge as our gift to you. However, we hope you will consider making a free-will donation to help sustain everything we do here at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi.
Join us for Advent Vespers (evening prayer) each Monday of Advent as we take time to slow down and pray during this sacred season of hope and expectation. Add some extra time to tend to spiritually prepare for the celebration of Christmas.
Vespers, 5:45 PM in the upper church and on livestream.

Space will be limited to 100 people and social distancing and masks will be enforced. Please try to arrive a little early to Mass to be seated.

This Mass will also be broadcast on Livestream.
See below for a recorded copy of this retreat.
Come and join us for a short time of retreat. We will consider the scripture, reflect on our lives, and share in some sacred time together. You can do all this from the comfort of your home. You can be alone or with others. You need not worry about how you are dressed or how you look. Take the time to relax in the Spirit of God’s goodness. Breath in the Spirit of Christmas. Behold. Consider. Contemplate. Long to be transformed in Christ.
